How to Get in Touch
We had to disable our contact form because bots kept flooding us with spam messages. The old-fashioned email way works better anyway – we actually read and respond to every real message we get.

What to Include in Your Email
To help us give you the best advice, please mention:
- When you’re planning to travel (even if it’s just “sometime next spring”)
- Which cities or regions you’re considering
- How long you’ll be in Germany
- What kind of traveler you are (first timer, student, relocating, etc.)
The more we know about your plans, the better we can help. But don’t worry if you’re still in the early planning stages – we’re happy to help you figure things out.
Response Time
We usually reply within 2-3 days. If you don’t hear back within a week, check your spam folder – sometimes our replies end up there.
We’re based in Germany, so keep the time difference in mind if you’re writing from overseas.
